The project area encompasses the western slope of a watercourse flowing from north to south, as well as, the northern and eastern slopes formed by its incision into the terrain.
The eastern elevation separates this watercourse from a larger parallel watercourse flowing in the same direction, while a small central valley is occupied by a vineyard further south.
On the eastern slope, a retaining wall built against the hillside creates a relatively flat platform.
To the north, several yurts are arranged along a pathway, culminating in a swimming pool and an equestrian enclosure, also located on an artificially leveled area.
At the southern edge, a new circular equestrian enclosure occupies the flattest areas of the site. The watercourse is diverted around it via a collection ditch, allowing drainage within the enclosure.
On the eastern side, the platform accommodates the practice buildings and the dining hall, with stone paving applied in the areas intended for staying, as well as around the pool.
To the west, the yurt platform terminates at the pool building, acting as a finishing element. Beyond this, a sequence of planted terraces develops, featuring vegetable gardens and orchards.
Demolition and Construction Plan
A tree and shrub border delineates the property, offering protection from the prevailing northern winds and providing the required level of privacy. This border is composed of native species characteristic of the region, contributing to increased biodiversity and integration into the surrounding landscape.
The equestrian enclosure is defined by a timber structure and complemented by a series of paddocks accessible from the north. A secondary valley accommodates a community building, discreetly embedded in the topography. At the northern end of the property, adjacent to the main path, a communal fire pit marks a gathering point and offers a panoramic view over the landscape.
